They forgot my sauces, when I talked to the driver he was all shoulders and said, ?they do that a lot. Maybe call them. Who... knows.? And walked away. So I called them and let them know and they told me, ?um so what do you want to do? Cause it?ll takeWAY too long to get them to you.? Then left me on hold for 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. Every time I place an order for delivery and emphasize to leave it by the front door, the delivery people? It?s been more than... one person continuously rings the doorbell until I open it hoping for a larger tip inwhich I?ve already tipped them. This lasttime I ordered will be the last time I ever order from this particular location. I called the store to let the manager know thatthe pizza I received was cold after saying that she needed the pizza back to issue the refund I said OK she calls back 10minutes later saying that than the delivery person didn?t feel like driving back to come and pick up the pizza and that she?lljust refund me . She lied I had to call back a week later just to be yelled at by the GM. I called corporate three times eachtime they said a supervisor would be in touch never called. They dont deserve any stars but i couldnt post without marking a star. We ordered the new Edge pizza after seeing commercials... that it looked good and my husband likes thin crust pizza. We ordered that and the garlic parmesan wings. When they arrived thecrust tasted like a burnt cracker. It was not edible at all. The wings were soaked in a gross sauce thar tasted purely likesalt. Even had grisly pieces after taking only 2 bites of the chicken. Could not eat the meal. Called to get a refund and theysaid they could not refund but the general manager could the next day. Called back the next day no manager was avaliable. Saidto call the next day no manager available. Called back again today. Spoke to the general manager apparently. He was rude andsaid they could only refund if we returned the pizza! Who keeps disgusting pizza on hand for 4 days! Nothing came out of itbecause he hung up on us and refused a refund. I change my review of this place now... Sadly, they have started delivering by doordash. I ordered for delivery, and when it... said the delivery driver was at my place, I went outside to see what was taking so long. the doordash driver had dropped mypizza all over the parking lot. she then called Pizza Hut to see about getting another pizza for my order which was now alreadylate. she had the manager of Pizza Hut on speakerphone and I could clearly hear the manager say, "Forget it. We'll just cancelthe order." Seriously?! I then called Pizza Hut telling them what happened demanding that they resend me a new order! 3 hourslater I finally was eating. This is the third time ive ordered from this location and the delivery is horrible. If i pick the pizza up it has always been... fine but place a delivery order and the pizza is super thin with hardly any cheese sauce or anything. It also got cold fast andbecame hard to chew and even bite The manager is very nonchalant, he practically told me they make good pizza and i could goorder somewhere else if i didnt think so. Several incorrect orders, unapplied "safety" seals, and balant "well, what are you doing to do about it"s later, this location... proves just how far an individual franchise can push the entire brand. This is a location that will ask "so why don't you justdrive back here to throw out the $20 dollars of wings we just incorrectly made instead of wasting my time?" during a pandemic,as if it was your fault they couldn't read an online order from their own system. I tried to order a pizza for my husband's nearby retail store. I could not even get through an order with the young lady on the... phone. She confused everything I said resulting in my repeating the order multiple times. When she asked for the address andbusiness name the puzza was for, she repeated the name back and told me to "wait a minute" then put me on hold. I hung up atthis point. My husband warned me about calling this location, I should have listened and never called. He is right, they areunable to communicate much less follow directions or correctly copy information down.
