Got here at 9:59 for an online order doors locked can't get my pizza they won't open the door..... Even called at 9:57 to let... them know I would be there any second, but I got no answer. Very rude location they must of been having a bad day. My wife and I are older. We needed a pizza without sauce. While other... locations were happy to comply this location would not. How hard is it to replace sauce with garlic butter. There were 7 to 8persons at this location and not one could do it. I asked to speak to manager I heard person on phone say that I wanted to speakto manager. Some one said just tell him manager is not here. OK I asked for managers name they would not provide the name. Iwalked into location I took a picture of licence and food service manager permit. I was asked what I was doing. I told themgetting the name of manager so that I could call later. I told them this is a franchise and they could not treat people rudelyor just hang up on customers. I told them I was going to report them to corporate, something I never do. I owned my own pizzarestaurant for over 15 years. I would never permit any employee to treat a customer with so much disrespect. Again they laughedand said OK sure goodbye and then they turned around and again laughed with each other at the idea that corporate could or evenwould care. I have a Pizza Patron across the street where I live. I just happened to be buying chicken for my granddaughter nextdoor to this location on Spring Valley. We got 4 different pizza's and wings and all of the pizza's dough was not cooked all the way. The wings were better than the... pizza's but they still weren't that good. Could have had more flavor. We got the garlic and parmesan wings. Read more
You completely ruined my night. I ordered a large pepperoni and got barely any sauce or chesse. The pizza looks amd tastes... pathetic!!! I can't belive you stand behind this garbage. Save your money and order from another location or another pizzaplace entirely!!!! Read more
Ordered delivery, first time getting food from here. They charge $8 for about $1 worth of pieces of chicken and call it boneless... wings. I didn't think to take a photo but out of 8 'wings' we got 4 pieces that were the size of small bits of popcorn chickenand the rest were like the odd pieces that end up in the bottom of a batch. The flavors were ok but I haven't felt this rippedoff in a long time. Read more
