First time having them so hopefully I am not speaking too soon. But I really like their pizza ; it was really good.
The food here is pretty good. I am not sure it?s worth the trouble though. I ordered one of their combos that comes with a Liter... of soda. When the delivery driver arrived he did not bring the drink. I asked him about it but he did not speak English. He justyelled ?no? when I said drink in Spanish, and walked away. I was sent a survey afterwards and I informed them of what wentwrong. I got a coupon for a pizza with the purchase of a large specialty pizza. It?s nice that I got the coupon but afrustrating experience. Probably won?t be ordering here again, definitely not for delivery. Read more
I ordered the new carne asada pizza which was great but I fell as soon as I entered the store on some kind of spilled white... sauce and was still on the floor when the female worker came to the counter. I was a little in shock at what just happened as Ilooked back and saw the sauce on the floor and struggled to get up and pick up my cell phone which the glass cover cracked a lotin a corner. As I realized she had no intention of helping me off the floor I scooted to the counter and pulled myself up and itwas only then that she asked if me if I was okay as I was mentioning how it affected my cell phone but she really didn't seem tocare. Furthermore it would have been nice or in the least for her to offer me my churro free (which later after I wrote thisreview and bit into it found out they gave me the wrong flavor!) or a free drink but she didn't. She said it would take (over 10mins idk the exact time she said bc I was still in a little shock from falling. So the sign on the door said to wait in your carand they'd come to your car, plus they did not have any chairs inside, so I asked if I could wait in my car. Yes. That's whenshe grabbed the standard brown paper towel to wipe the sauce at the door but she didn't spray the floor with anything so it wasstill there just thinner Then while in my car waiting and doing what most ppl do these days I was doing stuff on my phone when Ilooked up from my she was waving her hand in the air towards me and i saw a pizza on the counter and wondered if it was therewhen the 2 other guys went in to get there pizzas, hmmm. Not a fan of this (?cheap to go?) franchise but any way I give them a shot... If I want to pay an expensive pizza,higher quality... or bigger, I?ll just go to any family owned,don?t you think? $10.99 for one Topping? We ordered 3 XL pizzas - pepperoni, supreme, and a De La Carne (spicy meat lovers) and the value was off the charts! The cashier... was friendly, the lobby was immaculate, and my pizzas were ready right on time. Read more
1st time trying this pizza chain. It definitely won't be the last. The pizza was fresh and baked to perfection. No complaints.
