Wait staff and bartenders were great all night. It was getting busy and service was getting slow, not because of the bartenders... (we were sitting at the bar), but it was because the fat lazy managers were talking in the corner to each other doing nothing.Managers are supposed to help their employees succeed. This was definitely not the case. Hire new managers or promote your hardworking employees to the manager roles. Please get rid of the lazy, fat managers who want to get paid but not do the work. Very loud on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of TV screens tuned to different games. Food was tasty, but a bit cool when served to us.... Wings seemed to be a bit dry as well. My dinner companions seemed ti feel the same. Ice tea was a nice size, with refills,and they have a really large beer size. Read more
This place has great wings and many different flavors of sauce. They even had plant based wings that looked like real wings... ????. I had the spicy garlic sauce, as well as the fried Mac and cheese that had a delicious dipping sauce like a caramelizedonion or something. Definitely gets the NY/Chicago high five. Read more
This place has great food and great wings, so please don?t confuse this review as me criticizing the cuisine served here. My... main complaint is that during their trivia nights, it is very confusing, noisy and a complete circus in this restaurant on saiddays. I took a date there during one of their trivia nights, and it was so damn loud, that I couldn?t even speak to the personsitting opposite me without shouting at the top of my lungs. It was so chaotic that I decided to get my meal to go and leavesoon after our order came. All the TVs are playing, the music is blasting, and we have the person giving the trivia booming onthe microphone all at the same time. This is completely ridiculous and utterly ruins the experience. Honestly I?ve been here multiple times, with multiple people. I?ve had really nice occasions and I?ve had okay moments there.... That?s why I?m giving it a 5. I went to eat the other day and wanted to sit outside.. yes it?s hot outside but I knew I couldhandle the heat and they kept saying no no and I was like I don?t wanna sit inside. It took a good 15 minutes for them to get usa seat outside. I?m sorry but eating inside with no circulation and Covid and monkey pox on the rise again. I just couldn?t. I placed an online order for spicy lemon pepper wings because I didn't see the mango habanero when I went to order although they... were on the menu I downloaded. I arrived to pick my order up 30 minutes before I asked for it to be ready only because I wantedto inquire about the mango habanero wings. They said they do offer them so I added a 5pc to my order since the original orderstill wasn't ready. I was told it'll be 30 minutes for everything to be ready. Twenty five minutes my order was ready. I liveless than 5 minutes from the location. I got home and way extremely disappointed. Not only was my food flavorless it was cold &dry. The fries appeared to be the remaining crumbs from the bag/batch. That was my first and last time at Pluckers. I ateexactly 2 wings out of 10 and only the whole Waffle fries. Totally disappointed on a takeout meal last Sunday. I ordered a 10 wing piece meal. When I arrived home I saw I was only given 5... wings. I called the restaurant and they offered to give me another meal and I said I was able to drive all the way back. Irequested a refund and they were like ok hold on. Told someone else what had happen and she had said they would refund me andthen just hang up without letting me get a word in after. Almost a week has passed and I have not been refunded. That s the mainissue for me. Get less food and being charged for more food I never received. They also forgot the complementary celery. I askedfor blue cheese and they gave me ranch and paid for the wings to have extra sauce. Last time I go there or get takeout.Horrible customer service. Pluckers has been a go to of mine since I moved to Dallas over 10 years ago. I love love love the wings and loaded tots here. I... also love the holy macaroni and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. They now have a lunch special menu which is really dope. Theeveryday drink specials make it an ideal place for most (like me lol) and everyone is always nice and inviting. Bakers Gold ismy favorite sauce here (they were out this day) so I tried Mangonero (AMAZING) and my 2nd favorite Gold Rush.
