Terrible experience. Our waitress, April, was not a good one. My wife and I waited 32 minutes for drinks/water. Our waitress was... nowhere to be found. My wife went to the bar to ask for water and saw the waitress coming from the kitchen. The waitress toldthe bartender something and walked off with the cups of water to back. She then brought them back and the bartender gave them tomy wife. We no longer felt that Water was safe to drink. April brought our drinks about 10min later. Our food came out about30min later and cold. My wife's plate looked gross like shown in pic. April was very inattentive, rude, and forgetful. When weasked for our check, she gave us someone else's. Then we asked for a bag, and she never came back so we went to the hostess.Terrible service. The tables across from us got their drinks and food within minutes of arriving - they had a very nice andattentive waiter. Read more
The food was good and very filling , I got the 10 piece wing combo and 2 flavors of wings and he got the same . But to conclude... what I was going to say the service is nice and food came out fast 10/10 !!! Read more
Overall, it was okay. We sent our food back because it was cold and overcooked. Our server did right by us and got it taken... care of. The manager also came over to our table to ensure we were satisfied with our food. Other than that, our waitressprovided great service and was very attentive. Read more
Pictured is the appetizer sampler, a 15 wing combo and the southwestern caesar salad with double protein and dressing on the... side. Everything was wonderful, per usual and our server was very friendly and attentive. She was on top of things and refilledour drinks, got us napkins, etc. without us asking her to. I really appreciate a server that can do her job without us having toask her. The appetizer sampler had a little bit of everything- highly recommend because honestly ALL the appetizers are sodelicious and it?s a great price. There were four of us and we Split everything evenly and we were very satisfied with theflavors and the portions. Our meals were all as expected, delicious and everything was served hot. This was my first timecoming to the Greenville location- we used to live in Plano so we would be frequent customers there! Overall, very happy withthis location and will be visiting in the future. There was a wait but it was worth the wait. The wings were so huge. The jerk sauce was very spicy. The bar was a U shaped... counter with lots of seats. Highly recommend this place. Not, go to Yelp and add your party to the wait list before you go. Read more
Food was great. I had the waffles n cheese which was like a delicious deconstructed baked potato. I also got the thigh combo... with chips which the 2 thighs had sweet Dr pepper sauce. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese.. I would say the thighs were abit small but everything was good and the sides were decently priced. Read more
Meals were Free this week(1st week in October)!!! Wings & Waffle fries were really good!!! Except I didn't feel nothing after... having my drink, that I paid for!!! The Free meal was Great!!! This was my 1st time going to a Pluckers!!! This was Grandopening preview!!! Grand opening is 2nd week in October. It's located next to Twin Peaks off of Bryant Irving in southwest FortWorth.
