The food is good. The staff up front was a bit distant and non-communicative. Also, the center menu board was either turned off... or broken, and the manager doesn't honor "happy hour" listed on this location's order web page. It states that they are open for dine in but the employees have the door locked and just stare at you without having... consideration to help! Lazy workers and they are always running out of everything. The customer service here is the worst and ittakes forever to get your food. HOW DO I ORDER IF SCREEN DOESN'T WORK?! I visited this restaurant for the first time on tonight at 9:11pm. I came there because I had discovered that a friend lost a... loved one on this evening . She always talks about Popeye?s chicken. I know that loss is hard and of course, eating is not apanacea.. but, what can a person say or do in the midst of a friend?s crisis? I gave my order slowly to Angie, the drive-thrucashier. I repeated it to make sure that she heard it? She didn?t acknowledge that she was clear about my order.. so I repeatedit again. She seemed annoyed. I made a statement to her, not in a rude tone, but an emphatic tone, that it wasn?t necessary tobe rude. I got to the window. She never attempted to apologize. She also did not have my complete order.. Another friend told me that this generation doesn?t care about customer service.. I stated that we have to teach people how treat us.. even if theymake the choice to not learn. I saw the reviews at this restaurant. They were much to be desired.
