I cannot remember the last time I ordered pick up from this location and the order was correct. I have had to go back every... time. I ordered the salad that comes with blue cheese crumbles and twice received no blue cheese. I order the pizza sub andtwice now have gotten no marinara on the sandwich. They also didn't add the extra items I specified. It wasn't like this beforeso I'm sure some new people hired are messing up all the orders. I won't be ordering pick up from this location again. Themanager does fix the order but I shouldn't have to come back to the store every time to get my correct order. Read more
First they wait for you to get to the cash register to tell you they dont take any bills over 20. You'd think that would be... posted on the front door, but no. Also after I had to go out my way to get the correct amount of cash, they wait till after Ipay to let me know they have no crackers for the soups. On top of all this my broccoli and cheddar was skimped. There wasliterally almost one inch from the lid to soup of empty space in my cup. I hate to complain, but dang. Read more
Frequent this specific shop weekly for my work break. Inside is almost always spotless. Many of the employees are very... personable and have great attitudes. One employee that stands out to me the most is Morgan, who each and every time I?ve come tothe shop while he works, greets me by name and always makes sure to tell me to have a great day and to take care. Morgan is afantastic employee and I definitely recommend making a repertoire with him! I have had a couple pick-up orders that wereincorrect in the past, but after submitting feedback to potbelly a manager called me within 30 minutes of the claim and refundedthe order as well as ensure that my next order was on the house. I actually like Potbelly's tuna and vegetarian sandwiches. They're far better than the worse-than-7-11 hoagies at Subway.... Unfortunately, all four of their salads come with chicken and you can't substitute tuna, at least not on the app. I gave thislocation three stars because I dropped in for a shake and they said they were out of the vanilla ice cream which is the base ofall four of their shakes. Hello? You are surrounded by Whole Foods, Tom Thumb, and Natural Grocers -- they are all literallywith in a two minute walk. The guy behind the counter apologized, said they'd been out for a while, and would get more withinfive days. Am I missing something here? Read more
Just stopped by here tonight to get two BLTAs, with extra bacon. Customer service at the store was fine, as well as on the ... phone afterwards, but the sandwiches were absolutely foul. Maybe 1-2 pieces of bacon on each sandwich was cooked to a point ofeven moderately edible. Most bacon was undercooked and soft besides maybe some crispy edges. I called and they issued me arefund, but this ruined my night because I usually look forward to Potbelly's sandwiches and now I probably won't be coming backto this location again. Read more
Good location! The food is always hot and fresh for pickup on time and even when you order in the store it?s still super quick!
Just spent $70 dollars on sandwiches! When I went to pick up my order I asked for a side of avocado and they would not sell it... to me because there's not a button for it! Can you believe that ?! Read more
