The service is wonderful. Everyone from the kiosk to the crew that keeps everything clean at the exchange. The waffle was a... bit too tough for my liking. Customer service is terrible. I asked for no bacon on my waffle. As I don?t eat pork but my friend that was with me does. They... put bacon on my waffle. Didn?t realize it until after a few bites as they are tiny flakes. I immediately went up to the counter.The girl that made the waffle didn?t believe me and kept saying she put it on the side. She made me dig into the waffle to provethere was bacon. When she saw the bacon she suggested that someone else put in in there. Another girl wanted to argue that theflakes weren?t bacon. At that point I didn?t care who the bacon bandit was I just wanted it remade. Instead of remaking it theyrefunded me. Today the charges are still on my card. I should?ve known she did it wrong as she didn?t ask for my card to returnthe money. She had an attitude and I couldn?t comprehend what the big deal was for their mistake. I read all of the reviews about how the girls behind the counter were slow and playing around and now that I've eaten here, my... opinion is that they were probably snooty folks. The girls were enjoying their work and the food came out timely. The chickenand waffles were amazing and my kids loved the build your own option. Great place for a family experience! Read more

I would love to give them a 5 star because the waffles are out of this world! Customer service however is absolutely terrible!... The girls ?working? are playing around, talking, and looking at the time every other second! Great little place to grab a bite to eat. All 3 waffles we tried were excellent. Approximately $10/person. The issue I had was... that they are not equipped to handle a crowd. They have 2 waffle makers so if there is a line of 15 people, you are looking at30min to get your order. So maybe skip if you see a line. Read more
