The bathrooms are a traumatic experience the cleanliness is atrocious. Do not go here. Spare yourself, just go outside, find... another gas station, just hold it, so many better options. Read more
Horrible, mold in the refrigerated section after a makeover??? YUCK Pumps never work and staff is rude. Dirty outside need a... major power wash. Called corporate lets see what happens. Read more
Horrible paid with a card and when I checked the pump stopped and it said it pumped $16 which is about 8 gallons and when I went... inside and asked how the pump said it gave me that much but my tank was still on E only told me told by the attendant thatsomething must be wrong with my needle. I had to stop and pump an additional $35 at a different gas station and not only thatbut the sign says $1.85 a gallon and my receipt says each gallon was $1.95 of which I never received. I will never pump gas at aracetrack k again! Read more
I have gone to this location religiously for my daily coffee and smokes on my way to work. 2 months ago I had an accident and... broke 4 bones in my ankle/leg and was therefore stuck at home. I've improved enough to drive to/from work, but still need helpgetting in/out of my truck and into any establishment. Yesterday I left work and desperately needed something from the cornerstore but knew I couldn't handle it alone. I decided to try something and I decided the best place to try was my oldfaithful...this RaceTrac location. I pulled up to the front of the store and parked in a handicap spot. I called the store andCrush, the manager, answered. I explained my situation and asked if she'd be willing to take my order (so to speak), come out tomy truck to get my card, take it back in and run it, then bring me my items and card back. Without any hesitation sheagreed...in the pouring rain.This is not just customer service at its finest...this is the very definition of "above andbeyond". Thank you so much to Crush...and to RaceTrac for caring enough for us as customers to have someone like her managingyour store. This will forever be MY RaceTrac and will always get all of my (and my coworkers in a nearby 100k sq ft warehouse)gas and corner store business! Read more
I stopped here on my way to an appointment coming from Texarkana. After getting stuck in traffic because of a wreck, my dad... needed to use the bathroom. The bathrooms are single-user and someone was taking forever in the mens bathroom, so he ended upgoing into the ladies instead. When someone finally did get out of the mens bathroom, I went in there and almost walked out.There was trash on the floor, and there was no paper towels so I ended up using the loud hand dryer instead. The toilet, I endedup flushing twice for it to flush completely. On the plus side, the fountain drink selection was nice. I will stop here again,but if I have to use the bathroom, I will go somewhere else. Read more
Long line at regester and staff members outside smoking. The one other staff member was complaining out loud. Have been wanting... to get a chili dog butt chili and cheese machine has been broken for 3 months now. I know that this company has enough money tonot have these problems. My money is better spent at another facility. Read more
