First off the owner was so very nice and accommodating, this isn't really a dine in spot, just really take out, however she... pulled a table from the back for me and my husband. We ordered the veggie burger with plantain fries, bbq jackfruit taco,another taco and a zoodle dish. The burger and fries was so good my husband was trying to order another..... this bbq taco wasabsolutely delicious the other taco was good, but im not a fan of nuts so I let my husband eat the majority of that one..... weplanned on taking the noodles home for later, but when we got in the car he said let me just get a taste ......... now we don'thave anything for later...lol but we are so happy we found this spot even though it's 30min from home we will definitely bereturning!!! Oh I almost for got the fresh juices she has, the watermelon juice is life and the electric mango we bomb as wellthey definitely brought life to my insides!!! Being from Chicago it?s been very difficult to find a RAW vegan restaurant in Dallas. BUT I?VE GOT ONE NOW! I promise... you??..Recipe Oak Cliff is a place you must try!! It is the absolute best raw vegan food I have ever tasted!! And that?s realtruth! 1st, the smell of the food grabbed me. It smelled so fresh and delicious! Well, that?s because every item is made fresh!But, that 1st bite hooked me!! Real talk! It taste soooooooooooooooo good! Real truth! This sista? has a gift. Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful energy, beautiful cook and owner, beautiful food...I don't know what else to say. If you're iffy... about Veganism or are afraid to try it b/c of the stigma surrounding it, come here. The Hibiscus Tea was phenomenal and theSaturday Taco special was so filling! Everything about the place was just so zen-ful. I need to come back, I wish it wasn't sofar from me.... And their green banana salad....DAMN! Went with my very anti vegan niece & she loved it. I love that I can get fruit as a side, and that it?s fresh. The owner was... VERY sweet & everything felt comforting. The food was amazing! I had walnut meat & jackfruit tacos. Soooo good! And plantainfries which I stan for at all times. Overall, no complaints. Wish I lived closer. Read more
