As for shopping, I can?t rate it. As a delivery driver, I can say that this place has topped the list of worse places I have... ever been too, and I promise to never return no matter how much it pays. I arrived today at 9am to deliver, and have beensitting here and it?s now 4pm, and still don?t have a door to deliver them 2 pallets of product. When I went inside to ask whatis taking so long, they replied, you just have to wait. In the meantime, 10-12 other trucks that arrived after me, have alreadybeen given a door, unloaded and on their way to their next pickup. This place is so unorganized and hope the company I work forrefuses to deliver here again, because I know I will refuse to. Read more
First off I hate coming to this location because of the long wait in lines and some bad services BUT I?m giving it 5 stars of... who makes it better each and everytime because he?s so helpful and fast and 3 other customers can back me up on this his name isQuinton but He goes by Q We just love him this company is lucky to have an Individual like him on the team. The place is for restaurant owners to buy food in bulk. I do not have a restaurant but I am a pastry chef and somehow my wife... got us a membership. Anyway, it's like Costco but for restaurants. We go there to get bulk vegetables, beans,and rice. I dogo there to get meat because a lot of it is processed and not organic. My complaint is the bathrooms. They really need toupdate it because it looks like tash. It is clean I guess but it needs an update bad as you will see in the pictures. Noteveryone can shop here so be mindful of that. Read more
I'm here to get unloaded . Open dock so I pull in get my paperwork ready to go inside . However the guy from inside got super... upset that I pulled into open dock before checking in that I'm not being unloaded.( no sign for checking in parking) There areno other trucks here and I'm not sure why he got that upset that he had to come running out and not let me come check in.Appointment time don't matter if you make him mad. Restaurant Depot is a very convenient place to get all your food business utensils, accesories & food products. Prices are... competitive. Aisles are clean and free of cluttered & obstructions.. on occasions you will find a pallet here or there blockinga section of an aisle, but that's because staff personnel are always refilling and restocking sections. They do open every daybut hours differ on the weekends. My cashier that checked me out was very informative & she was very polite. If you're a firsttimer, You'll need to become a member and acquire a members card to purchase any item. The customer service can also give you atemporary card for those who are not ready to become a member yet. The only drawback I have is that this is the closest RD Ihave for me. Read more
My dad and I did not feel welcomed shopping here even though we shop here regularly. One of the short hispanic employee at the... cashier seemed a bit frustrated by raising her voice at my dad when he was asking her a simple question about the product at thecashier.
