So.... a sandwich, chips and a drink is $25. Not exactly a bargain. Thought the quality would be superior or something to... justify the price but not really. The sandwich was good I guess, but there wasn't enough for leftovers. Ambiance wasdisappointing, the restaurant itself was pretty filthy and the guys behind the counter weren't really engaged. It took 5minfor them to notice me waiting at the cashier. Overall the food was decent but the prices ridiculous for the level of service &quality of the store. Read more
Great First Class Customer Service I ordered the Original Sandwich with avocado and jalapeños it was excellent !! Super... Delicious? I had to drive to Carrollton from Dallas? the trip was worth it? the place ? restroom were clean. Loved thisplace I?am definitely coming back to this location. The medium French roast meal was about $12 and change. And it was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it
I love the food, I got a salad from here, with avocado ????.. it was heaven. The reason I gave it 3 star is because, I also... order Cinnabon 4 pack but it was cold ( I drove off before I realized), so after warming it up, it didn't taste fresh at all (it was hard. ????) Read more
The food is awesome, but the customer service is awful. The kid who took my order was a younger guy with a trimmed beard. He... was so unfriendly, never looked at me, no thank you... Nothing. I've had this guy several times and he is always miserable. Icome here for the food definitely not the customer service. Read more
I have always liked Schlotzaky's and this location has become my favorite. I was greeted when I walked in the door by gentleman... behind the counter. He was friendly, helpful and seemed to go out of his way to serve me. I called him over to ask him if Icould speak to his manager as I wanted to let the manager know what a great employee he was. He informed me that his name wasRohan and that he was actually the owner. He definitely sets the example for how his employees should treat customers. Read more
