It was great food. We ordered falafel, eggplant puree , dessert as well. The service was good and the person took time to... explain the menu and the dishes. The ambience is good as well. Definitely worth the try. They do have outdoor seating too. Read more

This place is a vegetarian’s dream! Usually at most restaurants I have very slim pickings, but not here. I can order... between at least 7 things that are catered to being a vegetarian. It’s crazy how much I crave the fried cauliflower. You canhave a traditional Turkish breakfast or order off the menu. It has an outdoor patio that feels like you are sitting in your ownbackyard with flowers and herbs all around you. If you’re a hookah smoker this is the place for you. Everyone makes youfeel right at home. **EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious*** Read more

It is a nice Turkish restaurant in Dallas, we went during the weekend so it was booked, we had to seat out side on the Terrace... so it was really hot! It is should be nice in the winter! The quality of the food is very good but the quantity is a bit smallcompared to the price! I liked my plate a lot as i ordered vegetarian couscous. Also the smell is nice reminds you about olddays…. LOVE IT HERE. Halal. Delicious food. The beef tasted like mini steak chunks and the chicken was really juicy. The knefah was... actually so good with ice cream. It somehow counter balanced all the sweetness. Read more

I absolutely loved the food. I don’t eat Mediterranean food often and our server was very helpful with helping me choose... dishes. The atmosphere was perfect and everyone was very nice. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is becauseof the cleanliness outside. Our hostess was very sweet but let us choose our table even after she saw that all the tables weredirty. We picked the cleanest one we could see and wiped the table off ourselves. Another couple got seated next to us and thehostess placed their menus on top of crumbs and food left on the table so she wouldn’t have to clean it. I would have expectedher to tell the guests she would be back to wipe the table but she didn’t. I do want to go back because I loved the food. Ilook forward to giving this restaurant the extra star when I go. Fingers crossed we get seated at a clean table! Read more

I've been looking for a good Mediterranean food restaurant for a while since I came back to Dallas about 6 months ago. My mom... and I are big fans of Mediterranean food. We've been to a couple a bland places before (used to live in Dallas a couple of yearsago and came back). I found the Selda restaurant pretty close to my home. From the outside it looks a bit plain? But once youcome in, it is night and day. The place is very nice, clean, elegant. The chairs are comfortable, there's good music; theservice is superb and by far some of the best meals I've had in Dallas in the last 10 years. Read more
