This was my worst dining experience in recent memory. It took 32 minutes for the calzone to be prepared and 45 minutes for the... shrimp scampi. Sodas were flat and restaurant was not clean. The food was decent and I like the crust on the calzone, but it wasvery light on the chicken. I won't be back and would recommend only ordering ahead instead of dining in if you still want to tryit. Don’t order from this place on delivery apps (especially not DoorDash) They so kindly decided to wait an entire hour to... cancel my order, at 10:30pm. Not the first time I’ve had this issue. Called and no one answered, even though they are openuntil 12pm. At least have the decency to cancel earlier if you’re going to throw a wrench in my entire evening. I love Jared Scott irwin, such a vibrant personality and after a long day at work unwinding with my favorite server always puts... me in the best of moods. He listens, attentive, caring and so genuine when it comes to his service mode. Truly amazing soul whodeserves nothing more than happiness love and wealth. Not to mention the amazing pizza we had that was recommended by none otherthan the talented and sincere Jared. Will be coming again soon for sure. Read more
Our waiter/bartender Jared was AMAZING! He brought our food and didn’t spill ANY of it. Our food was so good and yummy!
This is our first time here the pizza is good but they forgot about our order. It took them 1 hour to bring us a medium pizza... and our wings. Don't come after 9 pm the service is horrible. Read more
Good was super tasty and well portioned for the price. Beers were cold, staff is friendly. I read quite a bit of the reviews and... for the cleanliness of this place where people complained, I didn’t see it at all! The entire space was clean and organizedduring my visit. As for the reviews about wait times, we’ll if you want a quality order put out with fresh ingredients the fewextra minutes are worth the wait in my opinion. I’m in town for work and will definitely be back to try the pizza next time. Ihad the Cheese balls and meatball hoagie. That thing weighed like six pounds too! Very good food. So I went back today to get apizza as I said and it was a good decision! I ordered the 6 shooter and it was a bullseye for sure! Plenty of toppings andcheese with a good tasting sauce! The lady who was there the last time I was in for the meatball hoagie remembered me by name. Icalled ahead and was told it would be 20 minutes and they sure held their word. Sfereco is awesome. It kind of discouraged me at first having only a couple of reviews, but, I just attributed that to maybe it... being a new restaurant and I'm glad I chose to try it. I started off with the OG East Dallas. This is a meatball grinder, withhuge meatballs cover with a perfect tomato sauce. This ain't no subway sandwich! Its delicious and an entire meal initself. Along with the grinder, I ordered a single slice of sausage pizza. What I recieved was a quarter pizza! ???? I was notprepared for the size of the slice. Thin crust, but, not cracker thin. Good covering of sausage, cheese and sauce, waswonderful. The most noticeable thing (besides the taste) was that this sausage pizza, was not dripping with grease. On Sept. 10 at midnight, my friend and I stopped by this restaurant as we're staying at the Statler Hotel next door and most... kitchens were closed. Initially, the service was friendly as we placed our order. We were notified that our food would be readyin 15-20 minutes (we were the only ones there when we placed our order). After waiting 40 minutes, the cashier/shift "manager"alerted us that one of they may be out of chicken lasagna, but that he would let us know once he double-checked. That neverhappened. Our order was never placed or prepared. After waiting another 10 minutes, I walked to the counter where a young workerinformed me that our pizza was almost done in the oven. Nearly an hour passed before we received the pizza. We were asked if wewould like anything in place of the lasagna. I just asked for a refund of the item. The cashier then grabs an actual manager tohelp with the refund. After about 10 minutes, I walked to the register and neither the cashier or manager addressed me. Ifinally spoke with the manager where I commended the initially customer service, but lamented the lack of communication and waitfor our order. He came off very disconcerned. He basically stated that we should be fine because we received the pizza (1 hourlater). He said he refunded the lasagna, but didn't even provide an updated receipt until I asked. He never even apologized andthe cashier just walked away at that moment. Deplorable service from the cashier and manager.
