Definitely not the best Shake Shack in the DFW area. The person taking the order was accurate, and the food was delivered in... the time promised. However the fries were only half-filled and the burgers were poorly assembled. The ?butt? of the tomatoeson a $9 burger is unacceptable. Plus the lettuce was old and the entire burger was just not that good. I?d recommend otherlocations in the area. Read more
Online and mobile orders are ignored? their texting doesn?t work and they won?t call your name the bags aren?t out where you can... see what orders are ready? if you ask why they didn?t text they tell you that you must have bad cell connection? boo I was onwifi and receiving everything but a text from shake shack?. Your system fails your customers and your employees well they can?tbe bothered to be kind. First time eating from here and the kids really love the chicken bits and the fries, not too expensive and the regular burgers... are less than $10 without a drink or fries. The following photos are the left over from my toddler, I got him a 10 piece of thechicken bites so it was too much for him. The French fries are also only half of the full portion. Read more
Had a burger and cheese fries two weeks ago and the beef patty was pressed so thin that there were holes in edges of the burger.... It was way over cooked too. The only thing that was edible was the bun. Someone please tell the cooks to take their anger out onsomething else besides the beef. Also the cheese was just in a clump on top of the fries. Disappointing for the price. Basic shake, crinkle fries and chicken bites (~6) came in at $14.80. Way to much for way to... little. On a positive note, Shake was good. Read more
The lady that took my order was so kind and welcoming. Really good atmosphere. Burger was really good. The fries and pie... milkshake were ok. Want to try a different flavor milkshake next time. Read more
We ordered sweet tea and hotdogs. They took our order and then we they said our order was ready 20 minutes later they had... neither sweet tea or hotdogs and refused to give us a refund. Read more
