Update: I really should have listened to my gut. I ended up really sick from eating here. After 2 weeks of being sick I was... finally hospitalized for 5 days due eating at Snappy Salads. Snappy Salad's solution to my issue? A refund a freemeal...meanwhile I am left with $1000's in medical bills. I had the Cobb Salad this past Sunday. This was my first time tryingSnappy Salads and I was so excited because my husband raves about how good the salads are at the Preston location. I was alittle concerned because there was a lot of cross contamination (tomatoes in the eggs?) but I went ahead and ate my salad.
