Update: I really should have listened to my gut. I ended up really sick from eating here. After 2 weeks of being sick I was... finally hospitalized for 5 days due eating at Snappy Salads. Snappy Salad's solution to my issue? A refund a freemeal...meanwhile I am left with $1000's in medical bills. I had the Cobb Salad this past Sunday. This was my first time tryingSnappy Salads and I was so excited because my husband raves about how good the salads are at the Preston location. I was alittle concerned because there was a lot of cross contamination (tomatoes in the eggs?) but I went ahead and ate my salad. It may not be fair of me to give this location only two stars since I didn?t even eat the food. I ended up examining my salad... before deciding it was best to throw it away. The quality was visibly bad. I didn?t want to risk getting sick so I didn?t eventaste the salad but the iceberg lettuce appeared wilted, slimy with many black and brown spots. I was also uncomfortable withfood prep procedures and was very concerned about cross contamination between raw chicken and grilled or uncooked products(tomatoes, avocados). The staff was fairly friendly so no complaints there but if you?re someone who is anxious about foodsafety I?d definitely skip the Northpark location. There are so many better options. Read more

The customer service is not good, they are so rude. The portion was too small and they put a lot of lettuce on the bowl. I asked... for more lime and she said, "already have". Omg, also they not asked if you want a drink. I asked for water and she was lazy. Inmy opinion there are better places to eat a salad. Read more
