9/2 update: Great experience this time. Management reached out to me, gave feedback to employees and they fixed the issue and... attitude. I appreciate that and plan on coming back. Very disappointing last experience. I used to come to this location veryoften but lately, I leave very unsatisfied. We ordered a crate your own salad and the amount for every ingredient wasridiculous. I asked for tomatoes and carrots and there were only three half cherry tomatoes and not more than six 1" pieces ofsliced carrots. I asked for corn and it was a teaspoon. When I asked if she could add a little more, she looked at me like I wasasking for too much. I rather them increase the price (which they did 100% for avocado and chicken reasonably) than be cheap onthe amounts of toppings. Otherwise, I'd have to switch to Salata, who never does that. I was really excited to try this place based on the reviews until I got my salad and soup... The salad was 90% greens and 10%... vegetables. It's a bit pricy for the lack of veggies you get and the cucumbers were definitely not fresh. Other than theportions being totally sad, it was... fine. I guess. Be careful ordering to go with this location. Got a full snap with Texas taco meat, and they gave me just over 2 ounces of... protein. That's $2.20 per ounce I paid for adding meat. Definitely will not be getting salads from this location again. Read more

I really like the customer service there. I like the managers and employees there as well. I think that?s why I visit this... location most. The head guy explained they started the paper straw trend and now other companies are on board it delayed theminto getting some so they were not it of straws for drinks. That?s minor and don?t bother me at all. He took the time to explainsomething so minor shows how he is great at customer service and i thank him and his employees for that. Prices seem high at first glance, but the ingredients are clean and transparent and the potions are huge!!! The large size can... easily be two meals. Salads can be taken to-go, though there is indoor and outdoor seating as well. Sometimes this place is alittle slow, but definitely a great healthy option! Read more
