One of the great burger places in America. Used to frequent the original on Greenville Ave in college all the time. Coming here... was nostalgic and tasty. Lots of great stuff on the menu. Our usuals were nachos or a quesadilla, Swiss American Burger, andcheddar fries. They have way more options now which is great- but when I'm in Dallas I just want my original. So good! Read more

Horrible! After having an extremely bad take out experience, I decided to give this place another try. Will NEVER do that again.... My coworker and I ordered 2 burgers and fries to split. The fries were the WORST fries I’ve had in my life. Greasy, cold,soggy, old oil… etc. My burger was just as bad. Patty was over done, I paid extra for jalapeños and received none, and Iasked for not tomato and they made sure to give me two big slices of tomato. Very disappointed. Disappointing….I owned a home in the M-Streets for 10 years and I owned a food trailer. I’ve eaten at Snuffer’s a LOT. I... ventured from my traditional burger and tried the Patty Melt. No seasoning AT ALL. Seriously….I’ve had better PM’s atWhataburger. I usually order my meat cooked medium but ordered medium rare because I didn’t want to chance it coming outoverdone. It did come medium rare (yay). The Cheddar Fries….oh the fries, which by the way is what they’re most known for,was the most disappointing. I get it…we are coming out of a pandemic and in the middle of inflation but potatoes are CHEAP.They have CLEARLY increased prices and changed portions….A LOT. A friend and I split what we have traditionally known as a“small” order. We went from “oh this is not going to be enough” to not even finishing all of our “super small sized”order. They were way over cooked. The fry/toppings portions were way off too. The cheese was harder than it should have been. Mylunch mate, who is in the food/hospitality industry, and also a Snuffer’s lover, was so disappointed that she said she wouldnot be back. I can’t say that I’m far behind that. I ordered loaded cheese fries (the ones plastered all over grubhub looking delicious) and this is what I received. Poorly... packaged and missing the toppings besides cheese. Will not try this restaurant again. Read more
