For the most part the service is pretty good. So, I?m giving them 4 stars. I?m only issue is sometimes they don?t get the minor... details right. Like when you ask for condiments and get nothing or when you ask them to go light or easy on the ice and youstill wind up with your 30oz cup almost 3/4 or a little more full of ice. 5:31 11/9 ordered a chili cheese coney and got a plain wiener and bun. the staff seemed confused when I ordered as if they never... heard of a chili cheese coney, then had me wait for 2 minutes before asking if I wanted anything else. Management needs toaddress this. Read more

Tried the exclusive new mini churros that you can only order from the mobile app! I was excited for this because I love churros,... but it was disappointing. It wasn?t dusted with cinnamon sugar nor is it filled with cream or dulce de leche. Basically justfried dough? Read more

I?m not sure what?s been up with Sonics. I don?t stop by much anymore but my past few experiences have been horrible. I?m... regards to this particular location, I decided to order from a stall instead of the drive through. I pressed the button, satthere for 15 minutes while I scrolled on my phone. The screen told me the red button has been activated and they?d be right withme. Only after 12 minutes did that message go away. I repressed the button waited another two before deciding to go through thedrive through. Service is exceptionally slow . I don?t recommend. But if you absolutely are craving Sonic Sunrise, go throughthe drive through. ???? Read more

Too many bad things to say. Waited in drive through for 10 minutes. No one got our order. All I wanted was some mozzarella... sticks. We decided to leave. Also the sauces don't taste good. But I understand that's a company problem. Not this specificSonic's problem. Read more

I?m nice to the workers here and I even tip them but they love to give me soggy cheese sticks and chili dogs with NO CHILLI and... the managers knows this. Surprise nobody has done anything about this no more tips just for me to be disrespected lol the hotdog should not be seen Read more

Kind of a situation where u just say well alright! Bought 6 sonic blasts, After order was deemed ready it still took an... additional 5 to 7 minutes to arrive, Our blasts finally arrived looking as if they had sat for a little while and 2 we'reincomplete, Called a manager to express, she brought out fresh blasts after a moment as she knew they weren't going to beaccepted, Said previous maker used wrong ice cream and Oreos had run out! Went through the drive through and ordered a grilled cheese burger and a medium Sonic blast extra toppings. when I got the... window, the staff recalled the wrong order. I corrected her which she fixed, but then I was given a small drink when I ordered alarge, then given a small Sonic blast. Staff got upset and went to fix the order. Did not apologize, but was clearly angry. Ireturn home to find a bunch of black specks in the tater tots. And no extra toppings in my ice cream. I used to come to theplace often and never had an issue until recently. I called and was told someone would follow up but no one ever did. Thisplaces employs a lot of teenagers, so I try and keep that in mind. I know they are kids learning how to work, earn money and beresponsible. However, my last experience left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend ordering or eating here. Noconsideration for the paying customer and no follow up or apology. You will be disappointed. Read more
