I was there around 3pm as it was busy, it took a long while for them to take my order as the manager came out to my vehicle... personally. Working here from out of town, so we eat out quite a bit. Food was hot, fresh and on point. Customer service was great!

Order was so easy and someone added ketchup to the burger then tried to scrape it off. My tots was short tots I eat sonic all... the time living in TN. This was very disappointing. I?m only visiting here so they charged my $3 extra service fee to make theorder but ?free? Door Dash (who did good and I tipped him) delivery. The topper was no ranch for my jalapeño poppers. Everytime I go to this sonic someone there always mess my order up. I be trying to hope for a better experience on my next visit... and I use the app so I try to remember to change to a different sonic but I sometimes be in a hurry and forget and it's to lateonce you have ordered. Read more

IT TOOK 11 MINUTES TO GET ONE DRINK!! This is my second and very last time coming to this Sonic location. I pulled up, one car... in the drive thru and only one car in a stall. I figured this would be a very quick stop for ONE drink. I pulled up to onestall, it was broken. So I pulled into the one next to it on the left, #4. I ordered a large Dr Pepper, easy ice on the app andimmediately checked in. 5 minutes later, the screen said "son is on the way with your order." Who's name is "son"? You can'teven capitalize it? A car had pulled up next to me after I arrived, they got their drink order and started to pull away beforemine even came out. That same car pulled back into the stall because their order was wrong!! 3 minutes later, I get out of mycar and a woman comes up and asks, "Are you waiting on an order?" YES!!!! Shet gets on her headset to tell them to get myorder.... 3 minutes later, I finally got my large DP with easy ice (which I'm surprised they got it right). The guy who broughtmy drink out didn't even apologize for the long wait. Very rude and unprofessional. Read more

I have been waiting in the drive through for 5 minutes with no answer. This is after waiting in a stall for 20 minutes. I'm just... trying to pick up my mobile order. This Sonic is awful! UPDATE: I got my food and the order is missing half of it and tastesold. I had to call the phone number and they answered but wouldn't answer the drive through. Went to Sonic today at 12:30. It was very busy as expected being lunchtime. It was also half-priced coneys today. They had some... type of electrical issue, so the speakers for the drive-thru and carport speaker boxes weren?t working. These poor employeeswere going in and out, bringing orders, and taking payments the best they could. They were working their butts off. Kudos tothem as well as empathy. I saw no manager on duty that seemed to be helping at all which was very disappointing, to say theleast. I feel as if they had that big of an issue, they should have been closed. We got our orders and the food was great asusual. We were also missing 2 double cheeseburgers and an order of fries. Called, but no answer. Had to get to a trainingseminar. Read more
