Was there at 6:00am, food was made quick and the staff were very polite; a rarity amongst establishments at awkward hours.
Haven't had them for a while but the food was fresh. Drive through was really fast!
Sat at a ordering screen for 20 minutes right in front of the door with my ac running in 104 degree heat. No one ever came to... the speaker or to my window. When I called out to an attendant he tried to ignore me as he served people who drove up after me.I asked was the speaker broken and he said yes and kept walking off. We made an app order to make the ordering process faster. NOPE!!!! The guy came out with the order just to be shorted on the... order. Pressed the button. I told the guy we were shorted. Said, will be out. 15 minutes later, the rest of the order nevercame. We called out a guy delivering orders. Then what looks like a manager came out and told him we we're shorted and this istaking WAY TOO LONG to get the rest of the order. 30 minutes later, we finally got the rest of the order!!! Read more
I came up to the window after placing my order the lady calls back my order but I only hear half of what she says so and say yes... and the number 1. She closes the window to tell the other lady umm baby I just said that loudly so i can hear her clearly. Soshe opens the window back up and I let her know I'm sorry I just didn't hear her. I came for a burger not attitudes. I will saythe food came out fine and they were very busy. But at least if you want to talk about customers just at least wait till I can'thear you . Read more
This place really need to closed for good. I came to order and was denied because they lady didn?t want to open when it?s... clearly stated they are open at 6am it?s was 6:45am. This is not the first second nor third time this had happen and I willreport this matter to corporate as well. She just left me sitting there even when I was calling that?s when she walk to the openand shook her head. This is unprofessional and I will be reporting to corporate as well. I did not get the food I ordered.. let alone I was the last one they took tonight. My burger wasn't the way I ordered... it Completely opposite actually.(my request was #2 mustard and ketchup and grilled onions.. no bacon or mayo.) I will considerreturn but upset at the moment. Read more
Looking for a hot and fresh meal every time you go there Sonic's is the place where you can get the two for five deal and make... it the way you like it with the hottest fries in town. In my personal opinion the store on Wheatland and 20 is the best SONICSin the CITY. Read more
