I ordered and paid for my last order in the app only to get to the store and receive my order without the french toast. I would... like to have known that it wasn't available as the kids really wanted pancakes and this was the only alternative available atSonic. Otherwise I would have gone some where else. So my takeaway is that an order online will be charged against my cardwhether or not the food is actually available at the store. Read more

I went there the other night and a worker named Barca on the receipt and name tag, he was so professional and helped me resolve... an issue I had with my order. He was fast, professional and a good example of what the restaurant stands for. Great job! Read more

Worst ever!!! The service was extremely slow. When they did finally bring her order out the lady gave me the amount she said it... was 1085 and I said no it should be 1405. Finally they got the bill straightened out. We had two of the chili cheese Fritowraps. The worst I've ever had from Sonic. The Fritos were so stale that had absolutely no crunch in them. Very disappointed inthe service and the quality of the food. Read more

This location is not accommodating to persons of disabilities or special needs. Tried to place an order with a young man of... special needs and they refused to take my order because I requested to make two orders. When I attempted to compromise byputting both orders on one ticket - they refused service to me. Would not talk to me or take my order. They ignored me for 10minutes. Read more

It took about 20 minutes to get 2 very basic items and they definitely weren't very busy, the screen didn't even register my... order or let me pay at the stall. The app wasn't working so I couldn't get half off things that I should have. The food was goodand the employees weren't rude, that's the best I can say about this place. Read more

Everytime I've come to this Sonic this weekend it's been a problem. Since Friday night. Food took forever and fries were old and... cold. For breakfast this morning they only had dry food, she said. I'm like what's that? She says, toast, tots and fries. So iordered tots. I waited forever and when i got the tots, they were cold and greasy. Now, I'm here for a burger and they said,after i waited 5min straight in the sun saying, hello... hello, Drive thru is not open. Even though I just went through drivethru this morning. Now ive been sitting at the order station where u push the red button and no one has taken my order or evensaid I'll be right with u. I'm literally being ignored. And drive thru line looks like this because no one knows that drive thruisn't working. Horrible way to handle business!!!!! And now after I've waited in drive thru and at a order station i hear thedrive thru lady, Hi can i help you? This is ridiculous. So now I'm sitting in drive thru and u finally got to order. I'm mad atmyself for letting them take up so much of my time. Smh???????????? ************Update*************** After i got my food i mademy complaint to the manager and she compensated me for my troubles. The food is good when u finally get it. I have never had this type of drive though expierence. Multiple points for a vehicle to stop and place a fast food... order. Computerized screen keeping you informed of the order process and who is to deliver your food. Within couple of minutesfood is delivered to your vehicle. Read more
