I rarely complain, but today's visit was just disgusting. To start off, employee Brianna, as she took my order was very rude... mannered when taking my order. I had ordered a number 11 the Tender basket. I didn't hear her when she asked 3 or 5, Iregistered it as tots or fries, so i responded tots. She replied back already annoyed with a louder ruser tone of voice "THREEOR FIVE!" Then as I ordered more items, to every item I ordered she was like, "what else" in a highly annoyed tone as if shewanted me to stop ordering. I put in my order in and pay, and waited for my food to come out, when she came out with my food,she didn't bother saying ANYTHING AT ALL to me. I wasn't expecting her to be preppy and cheerful, but I did expect her to sayhello and repeat my order or any confirmation; I got nothing. She walked up to my car, saw her name tagged thats why I know hername is BRIANNA, and proceeded to handing me my food without a word. After she handed me my last item just walked away. I ordered through the Sonic app. With the order, I ordered 5 sauce packets since it said it was free and love the sauces from... there. A lady came from the inside immediately started telling me you can only get two sauces from a large mozzarella sticks ina firm and rude way. Then I asked, why didn?t you guys mentioned anything about that in the Sonic app. Then added, isn?t thisyour corporate app? She simply repeats herself rudely and says that apparently their app is a third-party vendor!? So shecouldn?t give me more than two?.I was a regular at their store. Had an App order and sat and waited for almost 40 minutes and then pushed red button to ask about it since the display had... changed and we never received our order so. I stepped out of SUV to patio and had seen our order like for back and another tenminutes carhop grab out shake and tried to head them to me. I had ask to have them re made since they were shake and from what Ican assume they had be sitting there the whole 40plus minutes. I stood there and watch the dump the old shakes into new cup andadd a little bit of ice cream. So I said no way and asked for refund. Lady manager asked why. I watched you pour old shake thatyou left inside with and brought back inside . Into a cup to remake and offer back to me. Then after speaking with Chris and gotrefund and while speaking to him and smoothing thing over a carhop wanted to come out and threaten to fight me for taking photosof drive-in and staff working. And started running his mouth his name is "Alexis" . He was told to go away and go back inside hewant to keep threatening me and running his mouth, but once Chis went back inside he wouldn't say a word. He should be fired"Alexis". Love my Route 44 and corny dog. Update: In the heat of the summer a Route 44 diet Cherry Limeade is the way to go. 44 ounces of... a great drink. Of course, I had my two corny dogs. My husband had the #5=square BLT (the lettuce and tomato were too warm formy husband?s taste), fries (need more time in the fryer) and a Coke. We never pass by a Sonic! Read more
Customer service at times is out of this world rude. The speaker doesn't work at times, so can't hear much at times. Always... homeless people walking around shady. The food at times has come out cold or wrong order. Read more
