9/10/22 ...I made an order on the app. Checked in and almost had to wait an hour before I pressed the button. I remained as... patient as I could because only one young man was getting the orders out. The Stall I was using barely worked so the workershad to bring my order and it was already cold..Churro shake pretty much melted. I get times are hard but I should get fresh andhot food. As a drive thru customer, I asked the staff member of I could park in a stall to eat my lunch. After parking, she walked a tray... out to me. Let me remind you it was +100° around 1230 pm today! I was only able to thank her, please Hi-5 the rock star forme! Read more
Disapointing to say the least. Placed just 2 drinks via the app. Everything was fine and order displayed up on the screen all... the way to in the kitchen and then disappeared. 10 minutes go by and I push button to be told we don't have an order. He looksfor a minute then says "yeah, I found it give us a minute." Try 11, sat there for 21 minutes waiting on 2 simple drinks. Whata joke! Read more
This is probably one of the worst Sonic locations I've eaten at. The car hops here are fine, but the actual food quality is just... horrible. I've ordered blasts from here that have hardly any toppings mixed in, the iced coffee I've gotten tasted like theingredients were far past their expiration date (it tasted like sour milk,) and their sodas are constantly flat. They shouldjust tear this place down, it's far beyond saving at this point. Read more
So it's Sonic alright. The food tastes like it, and that's fine. No real complaints there. But I've had some kind of issue the... few times I have been here, and it seems to be a pattern. I'm either waiting a very long time, the ice cream machine is broken,and half the stalls practically seem to be out of service. I went to go get ice cream, just a small Blast, and I waited 20+minutes only for them to say that they didn't even have a receipt for my order. The stall I was at never even prompted me topay. I had to go through the drive thru. They were pretty nice about it, but I've had an issue pretty much every time I've comehere so something's gotta change about this particular location. Read more
Very good food! You can get something from a big lunch to just a small snack! Delicious, a great service. When you order online... some food doesn't come, but in real life it's great. Read more
