I stopped by the old location looking for them and instead found another restaurant... I kept looking for food. I went to the... Aldi plaza and found Rios Catfish- Soulful Tacos was inside.\n\nThis has to be the best Blackened Alfredo Pasta and Salmon Ihave ever had. I eat out a lot. This is perfect. Wow.i am impressed. I asked for Saucey and it is fantastic ????. The chickenwings are great too. I am not going to Popeyes anymore! Lol\n\nI am glad I live close by. This Salmon is done perfectly. Read more

We came here to support a black owned business & to see what hype was about. The vibe was nice, great art on the wall & they... played old videos that I haven\'t seen in years. The young lady that was working the register was nice also. But that\'s whereall the niceties end. They have a very limited menu. When I say limited, I\'m mean they don\'t offer everything on the menu. Weordered chicken & waffles with fries, but were told that the chicken & waffles were for brunch &the fries were seasonal as werethe chicken wings! I don\'t how chicken wings & fries are seasonal, but ok. EVERYTHING WAS BLAND & TOO SMALL TO ENJOY!!!! Wealso ordered drinks but they were out of a few things, so we ordered different drinks & they were just ok. The nachos were good, but they don\'t offer everything that is shown on the picture that they display on their menu. The corn that we got was justcanned corn that had toppings on it including hot cheetos & it was also bland. You could really eat a $3.50 taco in 1 bite. Iknow it\'s supposed to be gourmet, but it\'s lacking in too many areas. Don\'t waste your time. Just get something else. We lefthere & went to Taco Casa, because the food wasn\'t good. Read more

I was in Dallas for business and looking for something close by. After reading some negative reviews concerning bad customer... service and small portions, I was hesitant but figured at least I knew what to expect. Upon walking in I immediately received awarm greeting and the customer service was fantastic, asking questions and offering the perfect recommendations based on myanswers, and the food? So incredibly good that I brought five of my counterparts back with me to try it later where again wereceived incredible customer service and amazing meals that completely satisfied! If I am ever back in the area I willabsolutely be eating at Soulful Tacos again! Read more

I have been to Soulful Tacos multiple times and I really love the unique, thoughtful and creative concept of the restaurant.... When you pull up to the corner building on Marsh and Trinity Mills Rd in North Dallas, you can’t help but to get intrigued bythe big Soulful Tacos exterior signs. When you walk in, the ambiance and vibe is really unique to the Texas scene and beyond! It’s almost like a cultural hidden gem. Music videos play that will keep your attention while you wait on your food or if youdecide to dine in (it is a restaurant where you go to the register to order your food and drinks). The Black culture inspiredwall art is on point, and it just feels good to be somewhere different. Deciding what to eat or drink can become more of anexperience because each food menu item has a twist to it and is bursting with flavor! I’ve had nearly everything on the menuand the food has never disappointed me.\n\nEach time I have been there, I find myself meeting and networking with diverse peoplerepresenting multiple races, ethnicities, ages, lifestyles, etc. - from all over the country. Some people were from Dallas, others have moved here due to their career, and others have been people just visiting Dallas and heard about the restaurant.Soulful Tacos is a great addition to the food scene and I can’t wait to see it continue to evolve!
