This location is okay but the manager can get a little testy sometimes. Every time I go in here, they have different workers,... seems to have a high turnover rate. Wonder why? Plus the servers are slow.... The food is okay but I like the Mesquitelocation better; faster and friendlier service with better tasting food makes the drive worth it. Read more
For me to spend $52 on food I should receive all my food and the correct food. How do you mess up on 2 plates. I ordered the 2... meat plate with the baked potato didn't receive my potatoe. Great customer service. Very personable and attentive. Greet customers as they enter the establishment. Nice selection of food.... Brisket was tender and flavorful. They never their phone, and always mess your food up. I have tried giving them lots of chances and they have never... changed.Employee argue in front of customers especially the women. They need to answer the phone and make sure everything is inthe order instead of the argument in front of customers. It was not up to our expectations of soulmans bbq that we've had since driving through Texas. This one was not people friendly... nor did they provide good service. The portions were small. Food was bland. Disappointed. Not getting food from here anymore.Discriminating against mexicans. To expensive for the amount received. This photo is of a fully loaded soul bowl from VANTexas. Amazing turkey! Oh my is it the best turkey I've ever had! I ordered the truckers special (full slab plate) with 1/4 lb of... turkey and a 1/4 lb of brisket. Along with a 16oz side of cabbage [amazing], The turkey is definitely worth trying and I'msure you'll enjoy it. The brisket is done correctly and was very delicious aswell.
