OMG what a Gem! We wanted to try a new Itilian spot and so thankful we came across Speranza! Very cute and Cozy on the inside,... service was 100% 10/10. The gentlemen Memo (Guaremo) was absolutely amazing ! Attentive, friendly, and ensure we were happy withour order. Food was wonderful. The flavor of each dish was unique and tasty. Very bold flavors. The pasta itself was cookedperfectly. Not to soft or hard. Prob one of the best Italian places I have been to in the metroplex. Family owned, friendlyservice, amazing food. What more can you want? We went to Speranza for the second time on a Friday night where they had live music. They were also giving out a complimentary... glass of sangria for their anniversary. The wait staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food is top notch. I gotthe special, which was a veal chop, and it was amazing. Also, both times we?ve been here the drinks have been phenomenal. I hadthe Amaretto Sour and my wife had the Italian 75. Speranza was a lucky find for us. We have been wanting to do a local owned Italian place for a long time and today was that... lucky Friday. We had lobster stuffed ravioli and American chicken and fries pizza. Both tasted very good. We totally recommendthis sweet place if you?re up for fine Italian food. Read more

All of the dinner options we chose were delicious. Our waiter,Guillermo, was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the menu. Meh, 17.00 dollar salads don?t excite me. Knew this place was Albanian immediately. Their menu and the customer service was a... direct indication of that. My server was more interested in running in and out of the restaurant on her phone, than checking onmy table. I think a few of the owner/managers were eating a few tables away, and one of the women actually reached over mewhile I was eating to open a window blind. Maybe, just maybe I did not want that blind open. My dish was good, plentiful andflavorful, but the chicken was dried out. Worth another shot for sure, but not in any hurry to return. Read more
