I just got served water!!! Lol ???? I try returning it and the old lady didn?t get it back. If y?all are going to charge full... price for a dragon drink make sure y?all have all the ingredients or inform customer that y?all don?t have everything that goesin the drink. Very bad customer service! Starbucks has lost me as a customer. I will no longer trust another Starbucks with mydrinks. Not worth it! Read more

Ordered a Carmel frappuccino and who ever made it put chocolate syrup drowing the bottom of the cup. Grosses taste ever. So lazy... to not remake it correctly and give the paying customer something they didn't want and can't drink due to the chocolate. Won'tbe back to this location. Read more

I visited the 2285 W Northwest Hwy Dallas TX location on today 10/5 around 8:03 this morning. I placed a mobile order for mango... fruit lemonade refresher and a ham & cheese croissant. Went through the drive through and they told me the order was placed atthe wrong location. I called the store the order was placed at and informed the young lady that I mistakenly placed an mobileorder for the wrong location and I'm currently not in that area and would like to cancel it. She informed me that i can let thestore i was currently at know that it was placed for the wrong store, have them call the store just to confirm and they can remake the order for me. I entered the store with a staff of about 6 people NObody greeted me. The cashier MANNY finally camefrom the back and gave me a dry "I will be with you in moment". I explained to MANNY that I just spoke with a young lady at thefarmers branch location and informed them I placed my order at the wrong location and she advised me to have you guys reach outto them so that my order can be replaced. MANNY didn't hesitate telling basically there is nothing he can do. I spent three minsgoing back and fourth with MANNY about the situation until he finally called the farmers branch location just to be told EXACTLYwhat I just told MANNY. If you would have seen the disgust on MANNY face after being told he still had to honor my order. MANNYthen proceeds to ask me what I ordered in a nasty manner as if I was getting on his nerve. MANNY entire tone was distasteful andI've never received such poor service at a Starbucks before. Read more

Worst experience. I placed an order at the drive thru right before work for 2 iced drinks. Told the man at the window that I got... hot drinks and not the iced drinks I ordered, he rolled his eyes asking did I want them remade. I said no that?s fine because Iwould be late for work. I then called to speak to a manager about my experience, low and behold, the ?manager? was the same manfrom the window & tells me come back and get it fixed, I said I was at work but could tomorrow, he don?t ask my info so I giveit to him and then he just hangs up, no apology or even a goodbye. I don?t know if I even trust them to get anything madetomorrow! Read more

If I could give a negative five starts I would. I was meeting some clients and and arrived early. Walked in. I hello or welcome... just a guy slamming ice on the counter in front of customers. He wouldn?t greet me, didn?t ask what I wanted and just stared atme. I ordered even though he had an attitude but then he wouldn?t tell me my total and again just stared at me again. While Iwas paying he kept slamming this bag of ice in front of me and was incredibly loud and continued to do so for the next twentyminutes. Hi name is Shawn from what he told me. NEVER COMING BACK! My drinks were ready I was waiting for them. They bring them to the front with out calling it out or letting me know.bad... experience poor service!! I am appalled with the customer service when talking to the manager on duty about this issue!!! Read more
