Honestly, this Starbucks right here is kind of hit or miss sometimes that I have everything that?s on the menu but many times... they don?t. Sometimes they don?t have to drink. Every time I come here in drive through I wait for over 30 minutes every single time ! And then I finally place my order and of... course they are always out of oatmilk & almond milk ! If you can?t drink dairy this is very disappointing. It?s literally everytime I come here they are rude and always out of something I will find another location to go this is ridiculous! Read more

This was the absolute worst time ever at a Starbucks. I made me order and the lady was nice and polite. Then I get to the window... and she greets again and ask for payment. I paid she hands me one drink and then my food then other drink. I said I?m sorryma?am this was supposed to have Carmel drizzle on it. It even has it on my cup. I hand it back to her she then goes to tell thelady that made the drink. She looks at me rolls her eyes and then just squirts Carmel in the corner of my cup. I don?t know ifshe was just having a bad morning but don?t take it out on people that don?t control your life. Read more

Went today they were out of venti cups gave me a smaller cup but still charged 7.09 NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! NINJA HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE... and seemed tobe bothered by me asking was I was charged the same price for a smaller cup..this was my place but not sure I willreturn unless speak to a real manager not a team leader Read more

Morning always starts good for someone when they get a drink from Starbucks. The one I visit the most is on point. When they... hear my voice they know my order in the drive through line and that is great customer service . I recommend Starbucks to startyour morning. Read more

I went during the workweek @ 11:15 am threw the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I placed my order as a ?half calf?... etc. The outside screen where you order, shows your order that is transcribed by the ?order taker? (idk what their officialtitle is).I saw my order was not listed as ?half calf?. The order taker recalled my order w/out being half calf. I corrected her& stated I wanted it half decaf please. Her word for word response was : ?oh the girl who?s making your drink isn?t busy & shecan hear your order so don?t worry about it?. I pull up at the window, pay w/my app. Receive my drink & sip it in front of her &yep it?s full strength. She assured me it wasn?t. I kept my drink for fear of returning it, it might come back worse thanbefore. IMHO that?s plain lazy service. This area is in the hood & the city is trying to revamp the area. But if you hire lazy,it?s still gonna be hood like. Shame on them, they don?t care! Read more

It is 7:43am, I am sitting here in the drive thru and I am amazed at this girls attitude. I assume the speaker on the order... screen outside isn?t working. So there?s this young lady taking orders outside and let me tell you to be standing there with thesun shining bright right on your face and still slap on a big smile and have an awesome attitude while having sweat on your facedeserves credibility. Unfortunately I did not get this young ladies name so I did ask the woman at the window who took mypayment she told me her name was ninja? But anyways God bless her. Read more
