This is my first time trying this location as it is the closest one to where I live now. Very excited to get my pick me up drink... I was quickly disappointed. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frap and asked for extra crunch toppings. I received a verysad looking drink where the coffee frap part of the drink didn?t even reach the rim of the cup. The extra toppings and whipcream were barely on the drink and I had to ask for my drink to at least have a normal amount of whipped cream. They gave itback with no caramel drizzle or toppings but at least the whipped cream was topped off. I am giving it 1 star because they werenice and did put caramel drizzle as well as the toppings once i went inside to ask for it. Attached is how my drink looked afterI had asked for everything above but not one sip had been taken. I normally don?t like to complain but seeing the drink not evenfull was very hard to ignore especially for the price that it is at. Read more
