I?m sorry but there is a lady who works here who is just so rude every time I come. I am not a hard person to please but she is... just flat out rude. Edit - I am changing my 5 star review because not only does this Starbucks employ Danny who is amazing... It also employs THE... RUDEST STARBUCKS BARISTA ON THE PLANET and neither Kroger OR Starbucks refuses to do anything about her!!! Her name is SONIA andshe is RUDE RUDE RUDE. This woman hates her job or her life or both and takes it out on customers. She has been complained on bymany and yet nothing has been done about her!!! I refuse to patron this Starbucks until something is done about her!!! If thisis the Starbucks at Dr Pepper Kroger on Mockingbird... Then I want to praise Danny!!! Rude service I asked for a coffee with coconut in it because I?m lactose Intolerant, and the employee named Danny stated out... load ? OH my God Coconut milk?. If you don?t like doing your job find another one. I went to this Kroger later again that weekand heard another employee at this Starbucks arguing with a customer.
