This is the Starbucks location that I frequent. I was highly disappointed tonight when I went to get a tall caramel macchiato... only to find that they didn?t even fill it to the top. It was only filled half way even though I paid full price. To makematters worse, they didn?t add any caramel or sweetener so it tasted extremely bitter. Read more

The female at the drive thru window was very rude, loud and in a rush. In the morning at 8am when I ordered a sandwich she said... sandwiches were not being prepared. I ordered a coffee and then she shouted the price to me at the window. Never made eyecontact. She was in a rush. Bad customer service. I saw two cars behind me drive off.
