This is my absolute favorite Starbucks to go to. I go here every day. All of the staff is super nice and friendly. Their... recommendations for a drink are always solid when I pulled an all-nighter and need a kick of caffeine. At this point, most ofthe staff know me by name and my regular order. If you can go to a real Starbucks, try to avoid this one. Most of the staffs are not professional. They look like not willing to... serve you, and keep talking to each other all the time, so you have to wait for a long time to get your drink. The drink tastesbad as well. Extremely rude for no reason at all. Just went over and asked if they had any sandwiches, and while the person at the counter... asked me which one I wanted, a lady at the side decided to chip in and say they only have what is on the shelf. I just laughedand said the shelf was empty. And she very rudely goes "thats why I said we only have whats there". And then the guy at thecounter decided to act up. He asked my name and when I spelled it for him, he says "I know how to spell maam. I didnt ask youfor the spelling". Needless to say, he spelled it wrong in the end. I dont know if they are rude by nature, or if they werehaving a bad day. But over all, this is not acceptable. Read more
I have spent a lot of money with them for three years however when I asked for a cup of water the guy refused. I really didn't... need the water but I just asked for that because I was in need for the cup itself. The guy wears glasses and he normally workslate plz i want the management to speak with him.
