WARNING: This Starbucks charges hidden additional fees on your drink and will not reimburse when asked. I just ordered a Venti... Sugar Cookie Latte from this airport Starbucks. I asked the person how much the drink would cost me. I agreed on a price andbought it at the desk. I had the receipt printed out and noticed the price was different, and there was an additional $1.15 addon charge. I asked them if this was normal? The worker said, ? Yes.? I then pretended to order the same drink on my Starbucksapp for the EXACT same location. The price of the drink did not include the add-on charge and was over 15% cheaper. I asked fora refund or if they could do anything or give me just one dollar back and the woman worker refused to give me anything saying?Our system just adds more cost and we can?t do anything about it. I can?t give you anything.? She refused to do anything tohelp with the situation, and I left with an overpriced drink. Read more

The website needs to be updated. The location at gate E34 (states E37 online) doesn?t open at 4:30A. The Starbucks website... states 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Try Peet?s at E18. They were open and reliable Read more

This is for the Starbucks right by gate E34 on 09-29-22. I walk up at a little passed 4:30 pm. She says they will open in 5... minutes. I go back 5 minutes later and still not open. Another women was waiting and she said they told her they would be openin 30 minutes 35 minutes ago. I'm waiting and waiting and a woman walking by stopped to say don't bother, that Starbucks isuseless ???? The hours online say 6am-6pm but they obviously don't follow that. I walked from gate E6 to E26 just to get my drink. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with extra shot of expresso venti. first she... gave me grande when I told her I ordered venti she didn?t care so I had to fish out the receipt to show her it was a venti andthe I don?t know what she made but there is not a shred of taste of pumpkin spice. It wasn?t like they were rude or mean butjust the experience was not pleasant and the drink definitely felt like waste of money. Actually the worst coffee I?ve everdrank at Starbucks in my life. This about Gate E26 Starbucks. All the staff are watching phone, there is only one staff at the register. I called a staff... member (African American male) who is near to the register to take my order as I am in hurry and he is looking rude to me andtook my order. I ordered cappuccino with extra sugar small size. I got the coffee but it didn't tasted like cappuccino and gotthe cup filled less than half amount. I didn't ask any further adjustments to coffee and made myself to make it better adding,sugar, vanilla, coco powder etc and he is looking at me very rudely. Customer service was very bad, no one is helping at 2ndregister if there are more than one customer. I walked very far all the way from different gate to drink Starbucks coffee andhad this bad experience from Starbucks staff. Read more
