The Starbucks at gate C21 opens at 4:30 which is literally the most inconvenient time for anyone who has a 5am flight. They all... board at 4:30, so no one has time to wait in line for a drink. If you?re going to open that early, at least make it convenient. Read more

This location was closed before 5pm. On a weekday. And the employee said all Starbucks were closed at that time. Why can't... they stay open like all other food establishments? Starbucks should no longer be allowed to operate at DFW. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Read more

Excruciatingly slow service, had four crew members on site but it took ten minutes to get my americano. The gentleman who took... my order was polite but the two visible baristas found quite a lot of down time while the line of customers began to grow.Everyone at this store could?ve used an espresso shot, I felt miserable ordering from here. I had a great experience here. I had such a terrible time traveling with delayed and missed connections and an overnight at the... Phoenix airport. I needed coffee and food badly! I had a food voucher from the airline and they took it with no problem. Coffeewas great too. Read more

This was the most friendly, efficient Starbucks experience I?ve ever had in an airport. The cashier (I couldn?t see her name-I... should have asked-short pony tail, long lashes, glitter on her cheeks) was SO friendly. A true warm, welcome greet. She askedhow I was today, where I?m traveling too, etc. She made a connection! There was no wait. My drink and food were preparedquickly. Worst customer service experience. Zoey took my order and refused to give me ice water. I asked for ice instead and paid for the... rest of my meal. I waited for 100 other people to get their drinks while I asked and asked if my drink was still coming, sinceit was not a real drink. Zoey assured me it was coming and made another 100 drinks before telling me they forgot my request thatshe had already assured me they were making. She then argued with me about who I ordered with and what I ordered, and sherefused to take any responsibility for not getting me my drink before blaming it on every other person working at the time.
