I had a great experience at this Starbucks. Andy was very nice and so was the store manager. Drinks are made very fast,... sometimes they get backed up. Not a lot of seating but is small location and the store is clean. I had a great experience. Thereis a shift lead, her name starts with an M and she seems to get angry at employees sometimes. This is THE worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Walked in today, guy never greeted me and was running around like a mad person... (they weren?t even busy). Then waited on my coffee they forgot. Then I asked for a bag to carry my sandwich and he slid a cupholder at me. I asked another employee for a bag and she was nice enough to give me what I asked for as a customer. Today Iexperienced really POOR CS. My usual Starbucks was closed today. They treat you like a valuable customer when you go there. Read more
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The staff members are so friendly, generous, and efficient. They are quick and... accommodating. I don?t know how many times I?ve been given free samples and one time, I was given a small gift card just becauseI had to move to a different seat so they could change a lightbulb. I?m quiet and typically use cafes as places to work, but Ialways notice and appreciate the friendliness of these employees. Thanks for being so great and making my day cheerier! Read more
What the F , after I had spent money here . I had to wait for the bathroom because both where taking, So the person came out, I... went in Not even 40 seconds past and a employee there comes banging on the door,W.T.F , What is he the bathroom monitor. My favorite Starbucks in the area. Love the seating and vibe this place brings. Much more modern in it's aesthetics. Nitro Cold... Brew is my top selection. Get that and a computer and watch all your work get done instantly. Staff is awesome, nice andhelpful. Recommend! Read more
Woke up and walked to Starbucks. Door was locked at 5:30 am so me and another person waited till 6 am in 33 degree weather for... someone to finally walk up and say only we won?t open till 6:30 someone called in. Then proceeded to close the door in us. Noapologies no sorry for the wait. At least could have said come in while you wait. But nope closed the door and locked it behindhim.
