If you want coffee without ice DONT GO HERE!! I literally ordered a venti shaken espresso with no ice and they literally gave me... a tall on a venti cup. Phenomenal service. The customer service was so great that I am actually taking the time to write a review. The gentleman... working food was professional, cordial, and personal; all characteristics that will make him successful in life. The ladyrunning register was sweet, cheerful, and polite; emphasising the importance of the customer experience. The lady running thepick up station did such a nice job of making sure people had what they needed without the customer saying they neededsomething. All very successful people in the future in my eyes. If I owned a business, I would hire each and every one of them. Read more
I typically get annoyed with the lack of actual customer service at most Starbucks but this location is fantastic. The afternoon... staff, I avoid the morning crew, is so friendly and fun. If I order a weird or complicated drink, they always chat me up aboutit and will sometimes make me a sample of another drink. They are a cool crew that likes exploring new drink ideas and sharingtheir drink creations as well. This Starbucks gets 5/5 stars from me! Read more
Expect at least a 25 minute wait any weekday morning. I've never seen a more disorganized Starbucks. Mobile orders get lost in a... black hole and the staff are very rude when you ask the about the progress of an order you placed 25 minutes ago. Read more
Can be difficult to find using Google's directions, depending on which street: it's in the bottom-floor cafeteria. Pleasant... staff, typical drinks. Has a quiet nook past the outside door (shown), if you're lucky :) Read more
Extremely unprofessional staff! If you ask how long on your order they will say they?re still working on it. Just for you to sit... there 15 minutes and come to find out they have my items on the counter! The workers didn?t care at all. Read more
