Nice place to hang out and you can get the coffee on cups as well but legacy west reserve bar is the best place for reserve bar

I asked for a tenta strawberry refresher w/ lemonade , Hazelnut Bianca hot w/ caramel, extra hazelnut milk on the side..... and a small milk! The guy taken the order didn't ask what size I wanted on the the Bianca. The only thing they got right wasthe small milk . The refresher was made wrong they made a small strawberry syrup w lemonade and when asked to remake the lady made it w/ alot of Attitude and it tasted disgusting and bitter.. won't be going back anytime soon.. We absolutely loved the Reserve in Chicago, so I was super excited to learn that there is a Starbucks Reserve in Dallas? What a... let down! It?s basically just a regular Starbucks with fancier decor. I was looking forward to getting a cold brew float tocelebrate my birthday. As you can see in the picture, that portion of the menu has been completely erased. To top it all off,when I went to order my regular drink instead, they didn?t have the ingredients (brown sugar syrup) required to make it. Overall a very disappointing experience. Read more
Finally, we found one in the great state of texas. Last weekend, we were at the Rostery in NYC, and it was an experience one... will not forget, especially for a Starbucks fan. The Reserve here in Dallas has a great setup, great outdoor seating. Perfectfor groups and dogs. Read more
This place is exceptionnal! The employees are wonderful. Very knowledgeable about coffee and the special drinks served here.... They are very patient in answering any questions you may have. I've tried everything on the menu here and it was all delicious!The inside is beautiful and the merchandise they sell here is cool. Read more
BEWARE! They've removed ice cream from the menu. No cold brew floats, no cold brew malts, no affogato shots. Nothing. Just go to... your regular/local starbucks for the regular drinks. This place needs to be stripped of the Reserve title! It was good while itlasted..... Read more
