The place seems to be clean , spacious all that good stuff. But the guy that assisted me was very rude , he seemed Annoyed,... pisst, like over it like I was disturbing him (The flamboyant , chubby , Spanish features) the drink he made was perfect buthis attitude was not that great??. Will not be coming back. And the guy that was ahead of me also agreed he was just rude. Hiscoworker was stepping out with a cart and his demeanor changed. They overcharge for drinks, only one of the baristas knows how to make them and what I?m assuming is the manager, she is... constantly biased. Treating some customers great and others like we are getting drinks for free. She really needs to fix herattitude. Read more
So I came today and I saw a huge line and was wondering what?s the hold up! But as I got closer I noticed only one person in... this establishment and his name is Simon.! He literally is one of the best barista?s I?ve ever seen! He does his job with apassion I?ve never seen before! He is really quick and in the zone! Unfortunately this lady in front of me was very rude to himand she didn?t understand how to properly talk to a professional barista like Simon and she made it seem like he was in thewrong which no no no she was! She got a refund and went on her way thankfully but he made my drinks with the most patients andprofessionalism and very fast pace and no mess up! Bustling but not busy, quick and attentive staff, absolutely beautiful and spacious location with power outlets, ample seating... and table space with fast free wifi. One of the best Starbucks locations I have ever visited. Read more

I waiting 24 minutes for a Tall Chestnut Praline Latte. There was two ladies in front of me that ordered 8 drinks, which I am... lenient towards, however after those 8 drinks were made it took about 12 minutes for my drink to be made and there was only 1drink in front of me after that large order. The crew was moving very slowly even though they had a line of customers waitingfor their drinks to be made. Once I received my drink, I took the lid off to find they had put the wrong topping, which that?snot that big of a deal to me. What is a big deal to me as that they had left about 2 1/2 inches in my cup. I understand you mustleave about 1/2in for whipped cream, but for only ordering a Tall size, I feel that is way too much money to pay for so little.I would ask that they focus on making drinks according to Starbucks standards.
