This is a Starbucks inside of the Tom Thumb at this mixed use building but I did that they had a lot of seating. We actually... mistakenly set a business meeting here thinking it was a full Starbucks. They have a small restaurant bar attached that connectsto the Starbucks area and they were so gracious since it was morning and not open yet to let us do our meeting here. We had ourmeeting and were able to be productive working here for a few hours. The wifi worked well and the noise levels were probablyless than a typically Starbucks. If I?m in the area again and need a spot to work I would go back here. Read more

I?ve never had a problem with this starbucks till yesterday. I came in around 8:20 ish and on the store hours it says it closes... at 9pm. I come in and I guess the girls there were cleaning up for closing, but when I was ordering the barista kept rolling hereyes and was very rude. As she was making my drinks she kept throwing things around, i?ve been a returning customer forstarbucks for YEARS and never have bad customer service. I don?t think this was very appropriate. I am visiting for a convention. I attempted to go to Starbucks on foot the day before but the GPS was off so sadly I had to... settle for 7-11 which is 2 blocks away from this location. I went to 7-11 today and the customer service was absolutely horribleand they seemed to be 100% unsanitary. I decided that it would not benefit me as a person to purchase anything from that store.I searched for Starbucks again and it was then that I heard musical harps! I arrived around 7:10am or so and was greeted by awonderful young man who was friendly. He asked if he could help me. I told him that I wanted customer service and... a grandecoffee in a venti cup. He laughed and proceeded to take my order. The entire time and just seemed to take pride in his job whichseems to be the case at nearly all of the Starbucks. I went expressly for the Wi-Fi but it didn't work neither on my phone or pc. Some people told me that the Wi-Fi there never... works. Just a lose of time... Nevertheless the employees there are really nice and kind! Read more
