HANK is a Starbucks Master. I live across the street and couldn't wait until they got a Starbucks this close to me. I would only... go in periodically due to Everytime I came the drinks where not as good as they were at other locations. After all this timethey have finally found someone that knows what they are doing. He is very knowledgeable and what he doesn't know he will findout. I work in the hotel Industry and would love to have him come work for me. He is definitely an asset to your company. Heshould manage and train as well. He should work for corporate and train the staff at different locations. I have been thereeveryday since I've encountered him. He was training a lady this morning and I told her to ask to train with only him and learnall she could from him. Hank you're the best. I want Starbucks to know that have a keeper. Read more
The barista Chris was washing dishes for about 10 minutes while a gentleman , my sister and I waited in line. He made eye... contact with us several times but did not say anything until he finished washing dishes he finally went up to the counter andsaid ''oh we close at 8'' He did not apologize for not approaching us sooner, will not return to this location. I am so upset. I went to this location for the first time this morning. No one in line. The barista was the only one there along... with another Starbucks employee who appeared to not be clocked in at the time. I ordered a tall cinnamon dulce latte nonfat withwhip. I knew the cup felt a little light when I left the store but I was in a rush to get to work. Only to find half a cup ofwhat I ordered and paid for!! I come to this Starbucks inside Tom Thumb at least 4 times a week. I would have to recommend Miss Elizabeth to anyone. She is... truly amazing with absolutely friendly service. No matter what time I go she still carries the same attitude and friendlyservice. The first time she served me I was unsure as to what items I wanted. She gave me her special recommendation, in whichwas amazing. The very next morning I went and stated "I want the usual" lol. And to my surprise after serving many customers theday before. She remembered my order to a "T". Friendly service, great product and Miss Elizabeth alone would make this Starbuckshave 5 stars. Read more

Came by one of my offices thought of getting a drink at the Starbucks located in Tom Thumb? first of all my drink wasn?t made... right and i paid extra on my drink for what I didn?t even get took that L cause the baristas already looked annoyed and customerservice sucks.. they just looked unhappy working there.. suggestion?.
