First time at this location. Was expecting for it to be quick, but the wait for 23 minutes for a drink was disappointing. Not... only was I the only waiting for more than 20 minutes but other clients too. They also forgot to add whip cream on my beverage,but after the long wait I didn?t wanted to wait any longer. Drive thru and mobile orders seemed to be going at decent time for(approximately 5 min) but ordering from the front took forever! Not sure why the long wait, truly disappointed on the speed. It's a Starbucks. It's coffee but expensive. Look man Starbucks is cool if you are hungover from a wedding in which you went... berserk on the dance floor and somehow ended up dancing with a general and a mayor of a major U.S city and you and startslinging drinks a little too quick. That next morning Starbucks is a solid 10/10 that coffee is your best friend in the world.Also no I will not tip you for you doing your job. No one has ever tipped me so you get to suffer with me. This is a really good starbucks, their drinks are awesome and the staff is super nice, so drive thru is excellent! The reason I... removed stars is because the bathrooms here are generally unclean and gross, and if you are ever trying to do work here there isnon. stop. beeping. I'm not sure why there are so many machines that beep, but good luck studying with constant cacophony ofbeeping, sometimes for minutes at a time. Service was so slow for a cup of hot tea. I had to ask the manager for it and he in turn delegated to the same shorty woman who... didnt want to do it on the first place. I guess the servers are more into the fancy sugary cold drinks people ask these days.... Read more

Nice big patio with not too much traffic noise. There are some pigeons roosting under the awning. They have produced a big pile... of droppings. Not only is it disgusting to see on a patio where people are eating and drinking but it probably poses a healthrisk. I believe pigeon abatement is a relatively simple job so what gives?
