I cannot stress enough how racist this location is. I was a regular until I noticed how most of the non white customers were not... regularly greeted walking in the door vs the others. I spent too much money to be rudely stared at and ignored while others arekindly greeted and waited on. Yes they did this 2 times to me ,talk about gut wrenching feeling .It seems like they just have agroup meeting to be racist I?m not sure but it isn?t a good feeling at all. I now drive further to be treated equally at anotherlocation and noticed a huge difference. Please address this because something is off with the staff at this location. Read more

I've been a rewards member for several years, albeit I don't drink coffee much anymore. This morning I had difficulty finding... how to redeem my birthday reward, and since I didn't have the app I couldnt find the QR code to scan. I was starting to thinkthe treat I was looking forward to wasn't going to be there after all. But, Leah and her staff were very patient with me andnavigated me through the process and as little as it may have seemed, it really picked up my spirits.
