Went here while I was visiting the building and man this team is hard working! I visit a Starbucks just about everyday and this... one is one of the best. I had about 15 people in front of me but still got me coffee out in 5 minutes! And it was delicious! Thestaff was friendly and all had good attitudes! Read more

Fake Starbucks!! This location is on my way to work. One can easily identify the difference if you are a huge coffee lover. 1.... The coffee here tastes different from the rest of the franchise. Please mention twice if you need a blonde roast they alwaysfill the Pike roast. 2. They change you few cents extra from regular Starbucks, and they don't accept any rewards (So noBirthday treats or free rewards) 3. Attitude - Few people who work at the cash register treat the customers like destitute. They don't care to listen on your order they write something up. 4. More often their coffee brewers will broke - So you end upbuying expensive latte Read more

Went this morning to get my coffee and was greeted by not only the staff but my fellow coffee enthusiasts. Everyone at this... location is so positive and friendly. Despite the line, service was fast. And my vanilla cafe frappe was perfect! Read more

I go here occasionally, mostly because it is in my building. the employees are very friendly, but the management policies could... use some work. To begin with, this is a LICENSED STORE. this means they are not bound to the same policies as corporate stores.for one, they do not redeem starbucks points... I believe this is because they are not able to, but I'm not 100% sure. thesecond, slightly more aggravating problem, is that this location DOES NOT allow free refills for gold card members. free refillsare at the discretion of the individual store, unless a corporate store, in which case, they are guaranteed. This store, apparently has opted out, which is a huge let down, considering I probably spend $30-$50 per month at this location. One freerefill every now and again should not be a problem. I hope that the ownership of this location sees this review and changes thispolicy. Read more

I have a espresso machine at home so I know what a good shot or two looks like. Keep in mind, I also worked at Starbucks for 2... years. So, when I went for two shots, 1st, I got an attitude from the cashier. Then, once I got my cup (I take my own) it lookedlike there was barely one shot in there. I suggest if you don't have an espresso machine at home, get one. You'll be saving yourmoney and getting your money's worth. Read more

I received my birthday coupon. I just found out that you can not use it at this location or anywhere in Downtown Dallas. I am... at work more than anywhere else. I am a gold member as well. The staff treated me very rudely when I was there inquiring aboutmy birthday coupon. I can promise you I WILL NOT go back. Read more

Some of the Barista's have a serious attitude problem at this Starbucks location inside the Chase Tower, Dallas. I don't care if... you work long hours or even if you're having a bad day; don't bring it into work, and radiate it onto your customers. Read more
