Lately my order for blonde vanilla latte has had no vanilla. I work at airport and the Starbucks outside usually give employees... with a badge in uniform airport discount. This only happens when the women work. Hopefully Starbucks will be up to their usual excellent service. Read more
I rarely go to the airport and figured since I was running late I would stop at this location for the convenience factor. I saw... they close at 6PM on Saturdays when I looked online and got here around 5:45. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with noresponse on the speaker. I saw an employee inside and right at 6 they told me they were closed. This was the worst customerexpierence I have had at Starbucks just now. Read more
Nobody was inside the store but me and it took over 10 mins for a drink. They were talking and walking around slowly. All that... for my drink not to taste good and not filled to the top. Asked for extra Carmel and little to non was in it. Read more
Horrible service. The drive thru cashier took my order correctly then at the window gave me my order and it was not correct.... Then went inside and he said they didnt have what i ordered so they thought i would want something else. WRONG! I WANTED WHAT IORDERED! Read more
I generally give good reviews. I lived in Seattle for 7 1/2 years and I have been to at least 100 Starbucks all over this... country. This is by far the worst. You can't even go inside for starters. The cup of coffee that I did receive was lukewarm atbest. And, they are not able to scan your phone for you to accumulate stars. No other location has been this inept. The other95+ percent are five stars. This place really needs to get it together. ... Read more
It's super quick.... Fast fast fast. Uh oh I'm out of Starbucks rehab and I'm already relapsing on my nitro brew.... Bathrooms... were ok not clean not filthy. It's extremely quiet and from what I can see it is pretty dead. That doesn't mean it's bad it'sjust the location. If your in the general area stop by for some quick service be in and out before your flight takes off. Idon't advise being geeked up 30,000 ft above the ground on a 14 hour flight but your an adult make good decisions. Read more
