Took my girlfriend here to see a movie. Food never came out until I complained to the manager 2/3 through the movie (we got to... the theater prior to the start and was third to order…) Food came out cold and untasty. Complained again and was told we’dget free movie tickets if we emailed. We emailed twice and never got the tickets. This establishment simply doesn’t care aboutmovie goers. We go to the movies 2-3 a month and won’t go here anymore. Super disappointed. Dont come here. Just go to Alamodrafthouse, unless you enjoy $70 for tickets and food and can’t enjoy either… Read more
I prefer this SMG location over the one on Spring Valley/US75 1 million times over. Great seats. Food is hit or miss. The best... thing on the menu to drink is water, but if you’re feeling kinky I always get the frozen hot chocolate.m, it’s dank! Youhave to ask for fresh popcorn in my opinion or you’ll get mid popcorn. The souped up theater is above average quality if youwant to pay the extra cost. Read more
I went to this location for the first time. Our popcorn were cold. My boyfriend had to leave the movie to talk to the server and... he basically told him that he doesn’t care. Then he requested talk to the manager and they finally send us another popcorncold again. That’s no the worst part, half way of the movie we need to call the server because our food didn’t come. Theserver told us that they will give us 50 percent off and finally we got our food . The chicken tender and fries were okay butthe pizza was uncooked. Like I can taste the moist and wet bread of the pizza. We didn’t want to say anything else about it.We finish the movie, pay and left. While we were going to the restroom we could hear the service talking how they didn’t wantto put any effort in their job because they have to work overtime and they only get one dollar extra for the overtime. They charged us for things we didn’t order (a $70 margarita!?), and didn’t bring things that we actually did place orders... for. The servers stood in the way for half of the freakin movie and they kept running into my chair the whole time. There werealso so many people talking throughout the whole movie and no one stopped them. I now feel like I need to go see the movie againsince I missed most of it. Read more
Very small screens in some theaters. I feel like I’m watching in my living room but had to pay $12.50 a ticket for the... experience. We are in the second last row but I wish I had picked seats closer to the screen. Read more
Very nice theater. The service was very fast and polite....there were only 4 other couples in the theater at 4:15p.m. on... Halloween so I don't know how it would be on normal night. Food was a lot better than I thought it would be..had the sliders.The seating was excellent. The theater I was in had motorized reclining chairs that were decently wide if youneed.....snicker......wide seating. Only thing that be would totally awesome is if they were heated. Read more
This use to be my favorite SMG location but I don't feel the same about it anymore. So many changes to the menu and drink... options. Service isn't as good, but that may be due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, it's not the same movie experience likeit was years ago. Also, I use to get free passes to new movies, and was given the opportunity to be on the panel. I miss that. Read more
