The food was good as usual. It was the person who fixed it that was really rude. He was rushing me an short with me, never... looked in my face no smile. Turns out he was the manager. The service was great! The store was very clean and organized! The night I was there, employees by the name of, (Gerardo) and... (Kevin) helped me. They were very nice and respectable, customer service was excellent and they didn't mind pleasing thecustomer, inspite of it being, literally the last minute, right before, time for them to go home. I was on edge, trying to getmy daughter a meatball sub, and these 2 young men, had the heart to not mind working to the last minute, and serving a customer!I missed doing the servey, but I want to recognize them, and shine light on great employees! Poor customer service. My huusbad go up sometimes twice a day . They always forget to give him his cookies. So today I go up... there and told them about it they had a problem with me asking for his cookies but alway charge him for them. Read more
Service is excellent, the food is perfect and the place is clean and tidy. The only problem is, to say that the manager has poor... public relation skills and terrible management skills, would be an understatement. The lady raises her voice publiclyhumiliating her subordinates in front of customers and co-workers. It is a shame that such good workers are working on suchconditions. Read more
