Convenient location in downtown dallas - close to several locations and dealy plaza. Quick, efficient service and clean dining... room. Staff was friendly and greeted promptly. Only isssue was the ladies restroom was locked and no one seemed to know why. Read more
The gentleman working there is good at his job. Normally i find subway just a meal to get me thru the day but both times i... stopped here while in town i was served quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever recieved from any of your locations. I visit here often because of the Veggie Patty. The Manager should have customer service training because she is NOT friendly,... but the new staff is great. I love the app because my food is ready when I arrive. Overall one of the best Subway restaurants. Read more
If you are in the area and have a Subway want, this one is good for that. I come here because parking isn't too bad. (Use... flashers away from meters). The menu isn't any different from typical Subway. This one gets very busy around 12:00 noon becausethe County Building is within a block. Get there before that! Been here twice. Poor service and bad attitudes both times. Today, the lady taking the orders was rude to my daughter. The girl... making the sandwiches didn't seem to know what she was doing. She put 4 tiny tomatoes at least an inch apart and only put a tinybit of lettuce. When I asked for more lettuce she literally dropped a handful of lettuce on one side of the sandwich. I had toask her to spread it out. And when I asked for oil and vinegar, she forgot the oil. The checkout lady was very rude. Don't wasteyour time here. Read more
This is the strangest Subway I've seen. For starters, the meats are hidden behind signs so you can't see what they have. Second,... the only person on duty kept locking the front doors whenever anyone would enter or leave. I was stuck waiting for her to finishup and let me out. Food was good, though. Read more
