I went to this store last week around 9PM. The way she packed my sub is really disgusting I didn't even feel like eating. I can... see her squeezing my sub and all the veggies with sauces are oozing out. Even after mentioning it she seems to be not bothered.Very disappointing and I am not going to subway anymore after looking at that sub. yuk Read more

Extremely rude! The manager refused to give me his name. Started fussing at me because I had my phone on my ear. I was on hold... and wasn?t even talking to any one. It started with the woman and then the manager. Read more

The manager or owner of this location SUCKS! VERY VERY bad customer service! Does not know how to treat or talk to the customers... at this location! My wife warned me and has banned this Subway location! I should have listened! Would not let me use a simplecoupon said I can't use it on a special sandwich, coupon did not say it on the #10 club! The Hispanic manager or owner said Ihave to pay extra for the ????. The club comes with bacon! After paying for the 6in sandwich, they charged me for bacon, are youserious!! I AM ALSO BANNING this location horrible customer service! I will make sure I tell everyone not to come to thislocation! Especially on NextDoor! Read more

This location should be modified by the customer service I received. I placed an online order for pick up. I pick up my order... and return to my home, and to my surprise, the bread is incorrect. I attempt to contact the store via telephone numerous times-to no avail. I return to the store and, Julio, the manager, tells me that the bread I selected is no longer available. Whichtells me he took it upon himself to give me a bread of his choice, as if he was purchasing the meal. This is horrific, I amrequesting my money back immediately! The sandwich was not edible. A courtesy call was definitely in order instead of himmaking a decision for the customer- how outrageous and a unprofessional! I am also requesting a call from the owner of thislocation to rectify the situation. I am appalled. Read more

I TOO AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Customer Service is bad at this location. I was there getting a footing and had my sandwich... made by an older Latino man. As I was finishing paying and using a coupon, another customer walks in. I ask the customer, ?helloSir, I have these coupons, would you like to use them?? The man that was making my sandwich yells something in Spanish to theother Latino man that was also behind the counter. I looked at the customer I was speaking to because I was confused. Thecustomer understood what he was saying and says to me, ?he?s mad because you?re giving coupons inside the store?. I had no ideathat was a thing! If they would?ve said, ?Sorry Ms., it?s not allowed to give coupons to other customers inside the store.? in anice way instead of yelling, I would?ve understood just fine. Since they didn?t act in a friendly customer service way, here ismy warning: If you want to avoid being yelled at in your face in Spanish by these employees, DON?T GO HERE! DISAPPOINTED! My bf and I came here at 8:45pm the close time is 9:30pm. and when we walked in they obviously were ready to close... early because they put all the chips and cups away. We were told they weren?t accepting cash only card (in the rudest way). Ithen ask if Apple Pay was okay she said no card only. But when I looked at the check out device it clearly states APPLE PAY! There was a big black woman and she was rude as hell! Went to the subway down the street and had no issues. ITS NOT OUR FAULTYOU WORK AT SUBWAY MAM! Do your job or quit! Read more

!!!!!!I AM NO LONGER PAYING FOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!! My daughter and I walk in and no one is in the store. Few seconds later an... older hispanic male comes in. He proceeds to help us. So we ask him about bread choices. He points to sign. I asked to see thebread. I noticed the wheat bread looked different. I dont like seeds on my bread. He was trying to make an online/call in orderat the same time. He was not good a multi tasking. He then yelled at us that he is making someone elses order. We were likemaybe you dobt understand. We are trying to see the bread options. I paused and said No thank you! We refuse to give you moneyfor poor service. Subway Look around, companies are going out of business everyday. Service is important. Thanks but we refuseto give our money to a store or anywhere else that does not value their customers. One worker who barely speaks or understandsEnglish, an empty store upon entry, and hes trying to handle face to face customers and call in or online orders? Makes nosense. Took me my son and wife here tonight to pick up dinner to go. They were supposed to close @ 9 PM. We got there at 8:30 PM but... was literally ignored until we left me and my wife ask repeatedly could someone help us while two male employees ignored us andcleaned after seeing that they were not going to acknowledge us we were talking to them we left. They watched us leave neverever speaking or making any effort to take our order. I'm 50 years old and I can for sure tell you that I've been treated thatbad before at a restaurant. If I could give this Subway zero stars I would. Stay away from this location. Read more
